Questions sellers ask
How quickly will I receive an offer?+
Usually within one to two business days of receiving complete details and photographs. Rare or complex pieces may take longer.
Do I have to accept the offer?+
No. An offer carries no obligation. If you decide to proceed, we agree the terms in writing before inspection and payment.
Can I sell a watch without box or papers?+
Yes, in some cases. Full sets usually achieve stronger offers, and additional verification may be required for watches without papers.
Where does the inspection take place?+
We arrange a secure meeting in the UAE or Bahrain at a time that suits you. Details are agreed in advance.
